Deposits are due now, $400.00 PER PERSON.

$800.00 total on a double occupancy room.

Remaining balance after deposit will be broken into 4 monthly payments (JAN, FEB, MARCH & APRIL). Final remaining payment must be paid on APRIL 3, 2026 , 60 days prior to event.

• The room you would like to select

• The number of people staying in your room

• Your preferred payment method (credit card or Zelle)

This will allow us to process your booking quickly and ensure your room is reserved.

💳 If you're securing /paying by credit card: An Invoice will be created to record room selection and process your payment/s. Credit Card fee of 4.0% will apply.

💲 If paying by Zelle: An Invoice will be created to record room selection and all processed payments. Please send payments to BDE Luxury Events (Covered under BDE Insurance) via Zelle and include confirmation in your email.
